Carelessly thrown together before Steve's trip out of the country, Dan and Steve wonder what is up with LA's culinary image. With a ton of great restaurants and innovative chefs, Los Angeles is still the overlooked middle child of the culinary world. They also take another daft attempt at On The Side, something which is truly distateful to Chef Dan, but Consumer Steve has a different perspective.
